I always called her my Aunt "Weezie," because, as a kid, I couldn't pronounce "Eloise." My aunt was very smart, caring, hard-working, funny, interested in all kinds of things and she did lots of artistic works that required both time and patience. I also love how she loved her dogs and treated them so well! They were part of the family too.! My Aunt Weezie was so kind to me and my sister Lori. I will miss my aunt and will always remember her with a smile. My heartfelt condolences to Uncle Doug, Debbie, Doug, and all of my aunt's family and friends. Niece, Linda Pattison

My sister was stricken with Polio around the time I was born, so I don't have any memory of her struggle to defeat the disease. My earliest memories are of a Tomboy sister, who taught me how to catch and play ball. She hit me in the head a few times but that was okay. We had almost daily games in the field behind our house, where she was our leader.
She was my friend as well as my sister and we only fought over who was going to wash or dry the dinner dishes.
Her first job was at Lyons Drug Store a local hang out in our neighborhood. She worked the soda fountain, she made the best Banana Splits. When she made one for me, it would always be bigger and better than anyone else. That made me the envy of all my friends.
She was named after our great aunt "Alice Eloise Rector". Our Dad always called her "Babe" and it stuck within our immediate family. I love you Babe and will never forget the best sister a guy could ever have.
Your Loving Brother Jerry
