Obituary of Margaret L. Lutin

Margaret L. Lutin, 83, of River Street in Niles, passed away at her residence on January 10, 2013, following an illness. She was born on July 31, 1929 in Lake Township, Michigan to the late Harry and Bertha (Nimtz) Truhn. She was a graduate of Galien High School. On December 21, 1951 she married Warren Lutin at a ceremony in South Bend, Indiana. She worked for over thirty years at Simplicity Pattern as a hand pattern folder and reorder until her retirement. Margaret was the heart of her family and enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, vacationing at her family cottage in Marcellus and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Warren Lutin in 2012, a daughter Patricia Lutin and two brothers Harry and Ralph Truhn. Margaret is survived by two sons Richard and George Lutin and a daughter Barb Lutin, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two sisters Norma Stover and Doris Shawley and a brother Frank (Elsie) Truhn and a sister-in-law Susan Truhn and a special family friend Julie Batey and many nieces and nephews.
