Obituary of Earl Lewis Pollock

Earl Pollock, 84, of Niles, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at his residence with his family by his side. Earl Pollock was born on December 22, 1928 in Niles to the late Dewey and Fern (Esterly) Pollock. Earl retired from General Motors as a pipefitter. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He enjoyed working with wood and made things from gardening ornaments to kitchen cupboards. He loved spending time with his family on camping and boating trips. He also, liked relaxing and just watching the birds and deer. He is survived by Norma (Riley) Pollock the mother of his children, four sons; Guy Pollock of Niles, Brent Pollock of Cassopolis, Ward Pollock of Niles, Wade Pollock of Chicago, two daughters, Valory Schliewe of Buchanan and Joni Webster of Niles, eight grandchildren; Jason Wyatt, Joshua Wyatt, Rory Webster, Danielle Knight, Ward Pollock Jr. Shannon Baldwin, Rebecca Pollock, Abelina Purcell, twelve great-grandchildren; Paige Wyatt, Aaron Wyatt, Adam Webster, Aubrey Webster, Hoqu Webster, Darrien Knight, A.J. Knight, Brandon Bryzski, Derrick Bryzski, Trevor Baldwin, Halle Borders, Ellah Borders, a brother James Pollock and sister Elaine Gutchow. In keeping with Earl's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in Earl's memory to an Animal Shelter of choice.
