Carolyn Ann Prosek, 81, of Berrien Springs, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Hanson Hospice Center. She was born on Sunday, August 9, 1936, in Decatur, the daughter of Bruce and Velma Ray. She worked for 38 years as a LPN. Carolyn has selflessly donated her body for scientific research to hopefully help others in the future. No public services will be held at this time.
