Percy C. Brown, 90, of Dowagiac, passed away at Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
Percy was born on March 1, 1922 in Hollandale, Mississippi.
He is preceded in death by his parents, several children and several brothers and sisters.
Percy is survived by his children Bessie Davis of Sacramento, California, Mary Grady of Elkhart, Indiana, Bernice Rasheedah (Ahmed) Brown-Abdul-Rahmaan of Chicago, Illinois and Ronnie Brown of Sacramento, 25 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 10am - 12pm with funeral services beginning at Noon at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel.
