Obituary of Donna M. LaVallee

Donna M. LaVallee, 84, of Cassopolis, passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 21, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on August 12, 1929 to the late George H. and Olive (Wright) LaVallee in Ashland Township, Michigan.
Donna was very gifted with the ability to embroidery and enjoyed coloring. She mostly valued her time with her family, especially during the holidays.
She was always cared for by her family, her parents until they passed away, her sister Della Sargee and Della's daughter for over 30 years. Della preceded her in death on December 16, 2013.
She is survived by her niece Jeraldine Weston of Cassopolis; two great-nephews Jeff Zimmerman of Cassopolis and Larry Zimmerman (Trisha Flannigan) of Grand Rapids; a great-great-nephew Nicholas Zimmerman and a great-great-niece Crystal Flannigan.
In keeping with Donna's wishes, cremation has taken place and she will be remembered privately.
