Obituary of Susan Marie Clark

Susan M. Clark, 73, of Niles, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at The Chalet of Niles.

She was born on August 21, 1944, in Niles to the late Harley and Florence (Skinner) Darnell.

Susan graduated from Brandywine High School with the class of 1963. In May of 1992, she married Michael Clark in her parent’s backyard.  Susan loved spoiling her only granddaughter Brandi. She spent most of her days raising and caring for her beloved Pomeranians.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Florence Darnell; brother, Harley “Bud” Darnell; and her son, Shawn Stringham.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Wayne Ball) Darnell of Niles; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Susan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and her family will be remembering her privately. She will be laid to rest at Silverbrook Cemetery in Niles.
