Larnelle Forrest, 66, of South Bend, passed away at Healthwin in South Bend on Tuesday, January 23, 2018.

 

Larnelle was born on July 28, 1951, to the late James and Vilee (Sterns) Lauderdale in Berrien Center. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ville Lauderdale; mother-in-law, Leora Johnson; and siblings Mitchell Lauderdale, Patricia Greer, and Joyce A. Johnson.

 

Larnelle is survived by her husband, Lewis Forrest; children, Rodney Lauderdale of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tammi (William) Foxx of Duluth, Georgia, Regina Lauderdale of South Bend, and Tyrone Lauderdale of South Bend; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; siblings, James (Linda) Lauderdale, Eugene (Betty) Lauderdale, Linda (Charles) Thomas, Stanley Lauderdale, Timothy Lauderdale, Donald Lauderdale, Ricky (Pam) Lauderdale, Jeremy (Kelly) Lauderdale, Lisa (Gary) Smith, Brenda (Richard) Moreaux, John (Gayle) Johnson, Timothy (Karen) Johnson, Terry (Janice) Johnson, Albert Roseman, Ruby Thompson, April Johnson, Debbie Johnson, Paulette Johnson, Mary Johnson and Eddie Leroy Johnson; and many extended family members and friends.

 

Funeral Services will be on Friday, February 2, 2018, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Niles, beginning at Noon with a time of visitation one hour prior.
