Obituary of Sandra E. Reits

Sandra E. Reits, 70, of Niles, passed away at home on Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Sandra was born on July 27, 1942 to the late Darrell Sr. and Martha (Griman) Dunlap in South Bend, Indiana. Sandra was one of five children. After high school Sandra went straight to work for AM General. She was a faithful employee for over 30 years. Sandra enjoyed spending her free time playing BINGO or gambling "at the boat" and her husband David always made sure she could go but what kept her going more than anything was the love that her grandchildren and great grandchildren shared with her. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Robbie Landis, sister Kathleen Plough and brother Richard Dunlap. Sandra is survived by her husband of nearly forty years, David Reits, children Randall "Randy" (Debra) Landis of South Bend, Indiana, Rick (Patricia) Landis of Niles and Sherrie (Randy Clem) Reits of Kissimmee, Florida, eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and siblings Darrell (Beverly) Dunlap of South Bend and Patricia (Paul) Turrell of Niles. A memorial service will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
