Obituary of Carol Baker

Thursday, February 6, 2014 early morning at Lakeland Hospital in Niles, Heaven called an angel home. Carol Baker, 65, passed away with her loved ones beside her. Carol was born in Port Huron, Michigan November 23, 1948 to her beloved father and mother, William and Bernice (Williams) Lathrum. Carol was welcomed into Heaven by her father, mother and brother, Bill Lathrum. She leaves behind three sisters; Paula Harris, Paulette Worsham, and Linda Kimmel who all reside in Port Huron, Michigan. Garl F. Wilson, Sr., were dedicated parents to their children, Tina Arkangle of Niles, Angie (Mark) Starrett of Dowagiac, Michelle Canfield of Cassopolis, and their only son Garl Wilson, Jr. Carol was very proud of her Chippewa Heritage. She enjoyed being a grandmother to her eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was a hard worker all of her life but the most important thing to Carol was her family. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home. Services to honor her life will be on Tuesday, February 11th at 11:00 am at Brown Funeral Home. .Memorial contributions may be made in Carol's memory to, The American Cancer Society, P.O.
