Margaret E. Ogata, 70, of Dowagiac, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014.
Margaret was born on April 13, 1943 to the late Arthur and Roana (Trail) Hillard in McHenry, Kentucky. She wed Alvin Ogata in Cass County, Michigan. Margaret was an avid animal lover who will be remembered for her strong will and determination.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Alvin and sister Sue Harris.
Margaret is survived by her sisters Linda (James) Stover of Dowagiac and Dorothy Whitehead of Coloma.
In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
