Obituary of Mary Brewer

Mary Brewer was born on May 4, 1932 to the late Max and Beulah (Gilbert) Albrecht in Niles, Michigan. After high school Mary went on to work at Simplicity Pattern Company as a Press Assistant and reited in 1997 after more than 43 years. She loved spending time outdoors, Mary and her long time boyfriend, Bill Rutkowski, especially enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. She was also a great cook and enjoyed planting flowers at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents and survived by her son Michael (Angela) Brewer of Niles; companion Bill Rutkowski of Niles; grandchildren Miki Brewer of Elkhart, Indiana, Max Brewer of Cassopolis, Michigan, Jodee (Adam) Miller of Elkhart, Indiana and Steve (Diana) Baker of Niles and sister Sharon Urquart of Niles. Funeral services to honor Mary's life will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home in Niles beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
