Obituary of Rick Phillips

Rick Randall Phillips, 55, of Baroda passed away in Detroit while traveling for work on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Rick was born on June 18, 1958 and was raised in South Bend, Indiana by Dorothy Phillips. Rick graduated from Penn High School in 1977. He was a long hall truck driver and enjoyed his job. Rick was a very active volunteer in the Niles Haunted House. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his wife Bonnie (Ganus) Phillips, children Penie Phillips, Mark Rogers, Clifford (Jessie) Rogers, John McLuen and David Rogers, eight grandchildren and eight brothers and sisters. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
