James Avery Green, 53, of Calhoon Falls, South Carolina passed away on May 23, 2014 in Niles while visiting family.
Avery was born on June 12, 1960 to James Green and Lilian (Carroll) Green in Greenwood, South Carolina. Avery was a painter by trade and worked in residential and industrial painting.
He is preceded in death by his mother and infant brother John Green.
Avery is survived by his father and step-mother James and Geneva "Ruth" Green of Niles, daughters Amanda and Christina Green, step-brother Danny Bailey of Niles, half-sister Cathy Turner of Calhoon Falls, and grandmother Christine Elrood of Greenwood, South Carolina.
Avery has been cremated and his family will be holding a burial in South Carolina.
