Joe would always have a big hug for me when we would go visit them,he was a big help when Jerry was little when we came by or when ever we had family gatherings! He always had a special place in my heart,,there will never be another one like him! Joe, you and I were raised beside each other, became young men together. We each had issues we dealt with, you had yours and I had mine. Throwing ball across the fence when our folks were ticked off for some obscure reason that we never understood but dealt with. Yet through it all you, me, Therese, and Sandy stayed friends. We lost touch over the years when I left for the Navy and it has been many years since we spoke but I thought of you often, your goofy grin, your rather short temper, and your kind and gentle heart. I'll miss you Joe. Fair winds and a following sea.

Joe, was a neighbor down the street from me growing up, We graduated together at Brandywine High School in 1981, He was always very caring and wanted to help others,I just thought about him not to long ago wondering were he was and doing, I sure didn't want expect to see this, RIP Joe you will be an angel watching over all of us.
