Helen Kline, 93, of Berrien Springs, passed away at Harvest Home in Berrien Springs on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. Helen was born on March 4, 1921 to the late Warren and Anna (Stienbach) Robbins in Solon Springs, Wisconsin. Helen loved to bird watch and collected many different items, especially Avon. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Helen was always on the go and enjoyed volunteering at her church in the Cradle Roll and Primary Class and also as a mentor at many of the local elementary schools including Howard Elementary and Oak Manor. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oliver Murphy; husband, Leland Kline; sisters, Mabel Robbins, Eva Fitzgerald, Nettie Bjorkley, Hazel Horner and Isabelle Dittmar; and brothers, Raymond, Frank, Les and Earl Robbins. Helen is survived by her children, Linda (Everett) Rogers of Indianapolis, Indiana and Leland "Duke" Kline of Niles; three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and brother, Floyd (Christine) Robbins of Niles. In keeping with Helen's wishes she has been cremated and her family will be remembering her privately.
