He was the sweetest man ever, i enjoyed all the conversations that we had, all the laughs, every memory i Wil cherish in my heart. He always had a helping hand. I will tuly miss you wayne..it breaks my heart knowing that i won't get to see you or talk to you again...was a pleasure to meet you

I worked with Wayne for almost 12 years at Portage Manor. He was always joking with me and would be singing his favorite religious songs in nurses station. He had a great love for Jesus and would be telling me verses of bible. He cared for residents we worked with in a loving manner as if they were his own family. He.was a dedicated worker who hardly ever missed work and worked alot of extra shifts to help out when needed. Rest in peace good friend you will be missed.

I didn't know Wayne very well since he was at our church only for a short time, but I do know that he loved Jesus. My prayer is that God will wrap Wayne's family in His arms of Comfort at this time of loss for them. One day soon at the Second Coming, God will call Wayne to awaken from his death "sleep" to a glorious life in Heaven for eternity! We will meet Wayne again there in a grand reunion and spend eternity getting to know him better. --Judi Doty, a Buchanan SDA Church member
