Obituary of Janyce M. Etzcorn

On October 16, 2014, Janyce Marie (Miars) Etzcorn, a lifelong resident of Niles, Michigan, went to be with her beloved Heavenly family who preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Niles, MI where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was a Christian and avid reader and seamstress. She and her husband, Robert G Etzcorn, spent many years wintering in Florida where she loved her fellow Snow Birds, the warm weather, the beach and pot luck dinners. Her greatest love and achievement in life was her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, H. Victor Miars and Gladys (Morgan) Miars, Niles, MI, older brother, Camden Morgan Miars, Niles, MI, and her identical twin sister, Joyce Mae (Miars) Betchek, Berrien Springs, MI. Janyce is survived by her husband for 62 years, Robert G Etzcorn, Niles, MI, her daughters Sally Tucker Niles, MI, Suellen (Bruce D) Foster, Berrien Center, MI and son John (Janis L) Etzcorn, Richland, MI, grandchildren Joseph Tucker, Robert Tucker, R Sean Heil, R Scott Heil, Nicole (Andrew )Capogreco, Ryan Etzcorn, Madeyln Etzcorn and five great grandchildren. A 'Celebration Of Life' will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 13 South Fourth Street in Niles, Michigan, Sunday, November 23 starting at 2:00 p.m. Donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Foundation in Niles.
