Kurt Lee Jones, Sr., 55, of Niles, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
Kurt was born on September 6, 1962, to Ronald and Ethelyn Jones in Dowagiac, Michigan.
On May 4, 1999, he wed Beverly Kollars in Sturgis, Michigan. Kurt was a loving husband and his family was the most important thing in his life. Kurt was a very proud dad and he would give the shirt off his back to help anyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Kurt is survived by his wife, Beverly; son, Kurt Jones, Jr. of Niles; siblings, Leonard (Cindi) Cameron of Niles, Luke (Loise) Jones of Niles, Matt (Alice) Jones of Buchanan, John Jones of Niles, Crystal Jones of Niles, and Mary Curtis of Niles; and many extended family members and close friends.
Kurt has been cremated and his family will be remembering him privately.
