Brent and Tami - I am so sorry to read about Pat, you know he was one of a kind and was always a good friend to me, a good guy all around. We shared may good times together and brought Christ home a few times, now I guess he and Christ can get on that golf course again and maybe they are doing that right now, they were such good friends. Iam so sad for you and all the family, he was way too young to go, but Iam sure you have a lot of good memorys. Sorry I cannot be there today, my schedule is pretty bad right now. I want the Hemphill family to know that your Dad was one of the nicest guys I ever met. He was quiet until you got to know him, and a funny and kind person you could count on as a friend. We had a lot of fun in and out of high school and especially for a couple years after he got back from the war. Please know that you are my thoughts and prayers.

Brent & Tami, I'm Larry Campbell, your dad's cousin. I live in Battle Creek and I have always attended family funerals. But I'm sorry to say I can't be there for Pat's. My wife Geri has cancer and her day for chemo is every Thursday, and I have to be there for her. Pat and I kept in touch via email and I am going to miss his comments.
