Anna Michele Taylor, 23 days old, of South Bend, passed away at Helen Devos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Sunday, October 26, 2014.
Anna is survived by her parents Leon Taylor and Ashlee Huber. Anna will be laid to rest in North Dakota.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Niles.
