Obituary of Robin Lynn Whitmire

Robin Whitmire, 58, of Niles, passed away at her daughter's residence on Thursday, September 28, 2017. She was born in Niles to Larry Stephens and Shirley Covington-Stephens. Robin spent her entire life living in Niles. She worked at local restaurants and always enjoyed her coworkers and customers. Robin loved to get a bargain and enjoyed rummage sales. She also enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially cooking for them. Robin also enjoyed watching crime dramas and Lifetime movies. She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Covington-Stephens. Robin is survived by her father, Larry Stephens of Niles; her children, Mandy (Ernesto) Padron and Aaron (Alyssa) Whitmire, both of Niles; Her brothers, Rick (Genia) Stephens of South Bend, Adam Stephens, sister Shannon Stephens and six grandchildren. Her family will gather to remember her at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens for a graveside service on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11:30 am. Memorial contributions may be made to her daughter.
