Obituary of Ashley M. Williams

Ashley May Williams, 22, passed away at her home on Monday, November 10, 2014. Ashley arrived in to this world on May 16, 1992 in to the welcoming arms of her parents Gary Wayne and Jane Williams and her big brother Cody. Ashley graduated from Cassopolis High School in 2010 and went on to attend Southwestern Michigan College where she graduated in 2013. Ashley had an infectious laugh and a one of a kind smile. She had many talents, she did some amazing sculptures in ceramics. She was also an avid photographer and had won some awards. One of her greatest pleasures in life was camping with her family. She was also a certified scuba diver and loved exploring under water with her dad. Ashley always had a book in her hand and loved curling up with a good book during all seasons. She liked to play pranks on her family and took great pleasure in taking care of little children, especially her younger cousins. Ashley will be greatly missed by all those who loved her and will always be in their hearts. Ashley is survived by her parents, Gary and Jane Williams of Dowagiac; her brother, Cody Williams of Dowagiac; her grandmothers, Frances Quint of Dowagiac and Kathryn Williams of Niles. Also mourning her loss are her aunts, LeEtt (Danny) Frantz of Dowagiac and Mona Noel of Niles; uncles, Gerald (Yvonne) Quint of Plymouth, Indiana, Gary Quint of Galien, Dale (Teresa) Quint of Sawyer, Michigan and Ken (Diana) Quint of Three Oaks, Michigan and many cousins who loved her dearly along with her great aunt and uncle Bob and Barbara Williams of Niles. Her grandfathers, Emil Quint and Gerald Williams passed before her and were waiting in heaven to take her unto their arms. She will be taken care of. Those wishing to make a memorial donation may do so to the Brian Parker Memorial Fund. A time of visitation will be Friday, November 14, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin Saturday, November 15, 2014, 11:00 a.m at Brown Funeral Home.
