William E. Little, 73, of St. Joseph, formerly of Benton Harbor, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Royalton Manor in St. Joe, following an extended illness.
He was born on July 8, 1939 in Decatur, Tennessee to the late William H. and Lela M (Britt) Little.
On July 6, 1984 William married Carmen Solita Berteau in Wtervliet.
William will always be remembered for his kind heart, his genuine friendliness, wonderful memory and being a gifted artist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Solita, two brothers Jackie and Bennie Little and brother-in-law H.D. Palmer.
William is survived by his sisters; Birdie Palmer of Benton harbor, Peggy (Walter) Smith of St. Joseph, Doris (Roger) Dillard of St. Joseph, Shirley (Mark) Birmele of Watervliet, a brother Billy (Peggy) Little of Watervliet, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, a special friend Fred Mead and his very special animals.
A graveside service will be held at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma on Friday, March 29th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made payable to Brown Funeral Home.
