Janet Raylene Rodgers, 63, of Berrien Center, passed away at her home on Monday, April 6, 2015.
Janet was born on October 4, 1951 to Halford and Armentha (Bell) Rodgers in Berrien Center, Michigan. After school Janet went on to achieve her Master's Degree in teaching.
She was preceded in death by her father, Halford Harry Rodgers; siblings, Marisola Rodgers, Thurman Rodgers and Glenda Burton; and special cousin, George Thomas. She is survived by her mother, Armentha Zodia (Bell) Rodgers of Berrien Center; special cousin Marilyn Thomas-Douglas of Racine, Wisconsin; siblings, Michael Rodgers of Berrien Center, Lois (Michael) Renner-Lewis of Kalamazoo, and Barbara Rodgers-McGee of Akron, Ohio; and a host of extended family and close friends.
Janet's family will be gathering for a graveside service on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Union Cemetery in Berrien Township at 3:00 p.m.
