Obituary of Maria Teresa Bonilla

Maria Teresa Bonilla, 48, of Niles, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids, following a lengthy illness. She was born on October 23, 1966 in Colima, Mexico to Mannuel Bonilla and Vincenta Conzalez. She worked in local fast food establishments for many years and mostly loved time with her family. She attended St. Mary's Catholic Church in Niles. Maria is preceded in death by her mother Vincenta Gonzalez and a brother Ramon Bonilla. She is survived by her husband Edwardo Plascencia of Niles, her father Mannuel Gonzalez, two daughters Nancy Mancilla (Luis Garcia) of Niles and Karen Bonilla of Niles, two sons Omar and Daniel Bonilla of Niles, three grandchildren, a brother and seven sisters, as well as countless lives that were touched by her kindness. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church in Niles on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. with Fr. Fabio Garzon, officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Brown Funeral Home.
