Obituary of George Michael Weiser

George M. Weiser, 60, of Buchanan, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at home, following a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 23, 1953 in Niles to the late George E. Sr. and Dorothy M. (Hart) Weiser. On July 7, 1990 he married Judy Ann Bellew at a ceremony in Niles. George worked in construction, dry walling for many years, for Jack Hickey and Associates in South Bend. George was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting. He also like quiet rides in his pick-up truck listening to classic rock. He mostly loved spending time with his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother George E. Weiser Jr. and a sister-in-law Diane Bellew. George is survived by his wife Judy Ann Weiser of Buchanan, their daughter Selena Weiser also of Buchanan, three sisters; Yvonne Elaine Cole of Niles, Sandra Tompkins of Niles and Rosemary (Carl "Ray") Smith of Alabama, a brother-in-law Joseph Bellew of Ann Arbor, a sister-in-law Marianne (Ken) Spicer of Jackson, Michigan along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to his family.
