Grover E. Cagle, 94, of Puryear, Tennessee and previously of Benton Harbor, Michigan, passed away at his home on Monday, July 6, 2015.
Grover was born on July 22, 1920 to the late George and Fannie Cagle in Lake City, Arkansas. He served in the United States Army during World War II in the 7th Calvary Regiment. On November 19, 1938 Grover wed Geneva Blankenship in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He later retired from Auto Specialties, as a press operator, after 30 dedicated years.
Grover is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister. He is survived by his son, Douglas (Deborah) Cagle of Puryear, Tennessee; daughter, Barbara (Orliss) Terry of Benton Harbor, Michigan; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Services will be held at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
