Obituary of Terry R. Stone

Terry R. Stone, 82, of Niles passed away at the Center for Hospice in South Bend on Saturday, August 22, 2015.
Terry was born on October 8, 1932 to the late Frank and Constance (Roberts) Stone in Flint, Michigan.
After high school Terry joined the United States Navy and on July 8, 1955 he wed Trudy Burkett in Norfolk, Virginia. Together they adopted and raised two children.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Frank and Keith Stone.
He is survived by his wife, Trudy Stone; son, Kenneth Stone of South Bend; daughter, Kelly (Joe) Thompson of Niles; grandchildren, Jennifer Stone, Ashley Thompson and Michael Thompson and four great grandchildren.
In keeping with Terry's wishes he has been cremated and his family will be remembering him privately.
