Lawrence Hilliker, 66, of Niles, passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.
Lawrence was born on March 11, 1949 to the late Earl and Betty Griffis in Watervliet, Michigan. After high school Lawrence went on to attend Southwestern Michigan College and then went to work in the factory. In 1976 Lawrence wed JoAnn (Brumley) at a ceremony in Niles.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son Mathew John D. Stockton.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, JoAnn of Niles; daughter, Tina (Keith) Vail of Niles; son, Doran "Chuck" (Jamie) Stockton of Niles; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren with two more on the way; and sister Linda Lewis of Niles.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with a time of visitation one hour prior.
