Obituary of Jack Hall Fryman

Jack Fryman, 76, of Dowagiac, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. He was born March 14, 1939 in Buchanan, to the late Walter and Melba (Day) Fryman. Jack attended Berrien Springs High School, and went on to serve his country with in the U.S. Navy in 1957. He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan and never missed watching a game. Jack was a member of the Southwest Horse and Buggy Club for over ten years; he loved driving his horse and buggy. He enjoyed working in construction and did so for over fifty years; what Jack enjoyed most was spending time with his family and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Melba (Day) Fryman, daughter, Deborah Fryman, twin-brother, Jim Fryman, sister, Maryann Fryman and a great-grandson, Camden Sauder. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of thirteen years, Barbara Fryman, daughter, Vicki (JR) Benavidez, sons, Jerry (Jimijune) Fryman, Kenneth Andrews-Fryman, Bobby (Laura) Haley, a sister, Betty Fryman-Stover, twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A time of visitation will be held at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel on Monday, November 16, 2015 at eleven O'clock in the Morning with services following at one O'clock in the Afternoon.
