Heaven received a great angel! Mr. Lawson to me was a angel among men. He looked out for my children and I as if we were family. Gave my son a summer job, signed us up for holiday baskets, gave my children movie cards on holidays, his daughter even sent me a gift card on year to help buy Christmas which lets me know his kindness and generosity lives on... You are greatly missed Mr. Lawson....

Phil was more than just a daily customer of ours for almost 8 years. He was always there for us whenever we needed advice or someone to talk to. Phil was a great landlord, I live out at the Detroit Road apartments, when he was remodeling an apartment, I would always come over and visit with him, ask him how he was doing and talk about just about anything, anytime I would have an issue about the apartment, he would always get things done for me quickly. When he collected rent from me he always would take the time and talk with me. I am going to miss him so much, he was by far the best landlord and friend. Tammy Kurty.

I had the opportunity on several occasions to work for or get information from Phil about rental properties in the Niles area during the past several years.
