Obituary of William Jernigan

William John Jernigan, 69, of Niles, passed away at home on Sunday, January 10, 2016.
Bill was born on October 17, 1946 to the late William and Helen (Stuart) Jernigan in South Bend, Indiana. Bill worked as a machine operator and mechanic for several years; he was also an avid gun collector.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William John Jernigan and Helen May Long; son, Jacob Jernigan; and several brothers and sisters.
Bill is survived by his children, Billie (David) Folwer of Niles and William "Gus" (Debbie) Jernigan of Niles; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; twin sister, Martha Riggs; brothers Robert "Bobby" Jernigan, Kenton Chapman, Stanley Chapman and David Chapman.
In keeping with Bill's wishes he has been cremated and his family will be remembering him privately.
