Please share a memory of Nancy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Nancy Bradham, 57, of Baroda, passed away at her home on Thursday, November 2, 2017, with her husband and her cats by her side. Nancy was born on November 3, 1959, to the late John and Anne Bergstedt in Benton Harbor, Michigan. After graduating from Coloma High School in 1977, Nancy went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Western Michigan University. She did her Dietetic Internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Florida from 1981-1982. She proudly worked as a Dietician for Lakeland Hospital until her first daughter was born. On September 9, 1995, Nancy wed Glen Bradham at a ceremony in St, Joseph; the two just celebrated 22 years of wonderful marriage. Nancy spent her life caring for others, her children, her patients at Lakeland and that continued on to her need to continue to help others. She began working at the Berrien County Health Department where she helped families with the WIC program. She was always making others laugh and enjoyed seeing everyone around her happy. When Nancy wasn't working or volunteering at her daughters' school you might have found her at the beach, home watching Food Network, antiquing, crafting, gardening, or just hanging out with her cats. Nancy has had a long battle with cancer that began in 2009; eventually, her health forced her to retire from the Berrien County Health Department. Nancy will always be remembered as a caring mom, friend to all, and loving wife. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anne Bergstedt and siblings, Elizabeth Lieberman and John Bergstedt, Jr. Nancy is survived by her husband, Glen Bradham; daughters, Sarah Bradham and Melissa Bradham, both of Kalamazoo; nephew, Steven Lieberman; nieces, Abby and Jennifer Lieberman; her beloved kitties; and many extended family members and close friends. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017, at Brown Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A private graveside will take place at North Shore Memory Garden in Coloma. Those wishing to make a donation in Nancy's memory may do so to Berrien County Cancer Services located at 7301 Red Arrow Highway, Stevensville, Michigan 49127.
