I knew Wilma for only six months, but it was in that time we both discovered our love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. From the first day I walked into her room and looked into her eyes, I knew right away that she loved the Lord, in fact made the comment and said; You know Jesus, don't you? She said; Yes I do! I told her that I come to visit my husband every other day, and that I would come in and chat with her, if she would like me to. The friendship was birthed right then and there, and I looked forward to seeing her every time I went. I told her we were sisters in Christ. Wednesday, the day before she passed away, I think we told each other that we loved each other at least a dozen times each. She knew how I felt, and I knew how she felt. We had made a promise to each other that whoever got to heaven first would be there to greet the other. I look forward to the day, cause I know my sister in Christ will be waiting. My prayers go out to each and everyone of her family members who will miss her, I pray that God will give you precious memories to remember and peace to fill your hearts.
