Geraldine Cole, 69, of Niles, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph on Saturday, February 27, 2016.
Geraldine was born on September 3, 1946 to the late Oscar and Ola Gardner in Benton Harbor, Michigan. After high school Geraldine graduated from high school she wed Jim Cole at a ceremony in St. Joseph on March 17, 1973. Together they have one son, Michael James Cole. Geraldine was an amazing cook who enjoyed making meals for others. She also enjoyed gardening and taking care of her flowers.
Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, Jim; son, Michael; and brothers, James Gardner and Roger Gardner.
Geraldine has selflessly donated her body to science and the family will be remembering her privately.
