From Ginny (Blake) Burgess - Mom wanted Frank's Children and Step-Children to know that they had one of the Best Fathers Ever. She has millions of wonderful memories and almost all of them over cups of coffee. Frank loved his coffee shops and socializing.

The stories. Grandpa frank would take us to z's place in new Hampshire. He would drink coffee and i would get a hot cocoa with extra whipped cream. We would sit there and talk. Mostly it would be him talking and flirting with any female that was in ear shot. He always had a way of getting people to talk and I did many times over hot cocoa.

One of my favorite memories of my Dad Frank happened during one of his many set ups at the Flea Market (Dad loved setting up at the Flea Market). After a long day at the market we were headed home and all of a sudden the hood of his truck flew open cracking his windshield. By the time we could find a spot to get off the highway to close the hood we just sat in the truck and had a good laugh. I will love and miss you Dad

Frank's Heart was so big... He wanted to help everyone. And so many people touched his heart and he wanted to give so much back to them. Some people think Christmas is getting expensive presents and Frank felt bad that he couldn't always give what he wanted. I would tell him that even a card with his words would be perfect. So one Christmas this is what I received and I Cherish it deeply. Someone spent a lot of time helping Frank make these for Christmas presents and he was so Proud when we told him how much it meant to us. His Prayer was so Special. Everyone that knew Frank knew he wanted to help everyone including the hungry children in the world... and because of his Love, I will donate In Frank's Honor. I will Miss Our Weekly Talks. I Love You !!!

On my forties birthday my family decided to throw me a renewal wedding. Seeing I had got married by the justice of peace many years ago. So I knew nothing about this. So two days before my birthday their was a knock on my door.now granted I lived in Virginia. It was Frank, mom and the dogs. I looked at Frank very confused. His replies was " We were out for a drive and thought we would stop in for coffee". Two days later he walked me down aisle. We love you Frank and will see you in heaven. Barbara Evans

Frank Blake played a huge impact on the man I became. He was a smooth talker to anyone who would listen to him. Especially to the many waitresses that would bring him coffee. It was fun to join him at any pool hall as he always had friends waiting to play him. Grampa Frank always had a tale to tell and to this day I'm not sure which ones to believe but I knew it was his personality. Frank Blake.... Grandpa, thank you for always being there, always being availabe to talk/listen and helping me become the man I am today. I love you.

When I gave birth to my daughter Kayla I lived with Frank and my Mom. When Frank came home from working the 3rd shift he would sneak in my room, pick Kayla up out of her crib, take her in the living room, read her a gun magazine while feeding her a peppermint patty (she was a newborn). Every morning. He was so happy to just have this time with her as if he could not wait to get home to see his little Kayla. We moved out when Kayla was 6 months old. My Mom said Kayla broke his heart when she left.
