Obituary of Jared Gene Schuck

Jared G. Schuck, 21, of Buchanan passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Hanson Hospice House, surrounded by those who cared so deeply for him. He was born in St. Joseph, Michigan to Larry G. and Barbara M. (Harmon) Schuck on February 18, 1995. Jared was best known for his infectious laughter and ability to make others smile. He loved music especially classical and country and even enjoyed playing the piano. He was involved in the Special Olympics for many years, especially MATP. Jared was also an active member of the Berrien County Best Friends 4-H Club. He attended Blossomland Learning Center and thoroughly enjoyed bus rides. Jared is preceded by his paternal grandparents Albert and Ingal Schuck, his maternal grandparents Willis and Dottie Harmon, and his Uncle Doug Harmon. His is survived by his parents Larry and Barbara Schuck of Buchanan; he is survived by his half-brother Larry Allen Schuck of Buchanan, his half-sister Lisa Schuck of Stevensville. He will also be missed by his aunts and uncles; Peggy Harmon, of Stevensville, Pamela (Lonnie) Phipps of Benton Harbor, Edward (Marilyn) Harmon of Buchanan, Brenda (Paul) Smith of Arkansas, Teresa (Randy)Regester of Arkansas, Gail (Robert) Holk of California, Albert (Nancy) Schuck of Berrien Springs and Marty (Linda) Schuck of Florida. Jared will be remembered by a host of countless lives and hearts he touched. Memorial contributions may be made in Jared's memory to Berrien County Best Friends 4-H Club, 434 Western Ave. Benton Harbor, Michigan 49022. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Niles. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 7th at 11:00 a.m at the funeral home.
