Sieglinde "Linda" (Briggs) Colcord, 64, of Niles, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 7, 2017 with her family by her side.
Linda was born on April 17, 1952 in Bamburg, Germany. She worked for many years in home health care and retired from housekeeping at a local nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Garman "Bob" and Rosa (Mager) Briggs and is survived by her children, Tina (Dennis) Ralston of Niles, Jennifer Colcord of Niles, Michelle Colcord of Eau Claire and Melissa (Stan) Larrew of New Carlisle; grandchildren, Summer, Amanda (Scott), Cody, Anthony, Nickoda, Daryl, and Summer; great grandchildren, Holly, Haden, Scott Jr., Wyatt, Savannah and Mason; and a host of extended family and friends.
In keeping with Linda's wishes she has been cremated and her family will hold a memorial service later this year.
