Obituary of James H. Bousman

James H. Bousman, 70, of Barron Lake in Niles, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at his residence with his loving family at his side. He was born on December 13, 1942 in Jonesboro, Indiana to the late Henry and Oleta Belle (Hines) Bousman. On December 31, 1989 James married Marti Beabout at a ceremony in Plymouth, Indiana. James spent 32years working at Bendix. In his free-time James enjoyed genealogy, spending time with his family, and spending time at the beach. He is survived by his wife Marti Bousman of Niles, all of his loving children; Robert Bousman, Jackie Ritchie, James Bousman Jr., and a host of other children Elizabeth(Terry)Walesiewicz, Brad (Karen)Beabout, David (Shelley) Beabout, Cheryl (Brant) Morris, Bill(Becky) Campbell, Rose(Doug) Lary, Mary Shaffer and 33 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, two sisters Maribelle Bousman of Jonesboro, IN and Edith (Alan) and nephew Daniel Durham of Muncie, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter Rosalie Bousman A celebration of James' life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Howard Township Jones Park. An interment will be held at a later time at Oak Hill Cemetery in Plymouth, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made in James' memory to the American Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice.
