Ethel June (Nightlinger) Wagner June 6, 1919 - October 27, 2006 Ethel June (Nightlinger) Wagner, 87, of Cayuga St., Buchanan, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, October 27, 2006. June was born on June 6, 1919 to the late James and Fannie (Long) Nightlinger in Mt. Tabor, MI. On May 29, 1943 she married the love of her life, Martin Wagner, at a ceremony in Mt. Tabor, MI June worked for many years at Clark Credit Corporation in the finance area before retiring. She enjoyed many different things in life but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, John Wagner, one brother Virgil Nightlinger, two sisters; Evelyn Guthridge and Helen Shafer. June will be missed dearly by her husband, Martin, her three sons; James (Bonnie) Wagner of Atlanta, Georgia, Jerry (Patricia) Wagner of Buchanan, Jack (Sharon) Wagner of South Bend, Indiana, eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, her sister, Zora Gabriel of St. Joseph, Michigan, and a Daughter-in-law Linda Wagner also of St. Joseph, Michigan. In accordance with June's wishes there will be a memorial service at Mission Hills Chapel 61453 M-51, Niles on Saturday, November 4, 2006 at 2:30 with visitation beginning an hour before with Pastor Rob McPherson officiating. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in lieu of flowers can do so to either First United Methodist Church 132 Oak St. Buchanan, MI or to Hospice at Home 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, MI 49085. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services and Mission Hills Chapel.
