Obituary of Fawn Klindworth

Fawn I. (McGill) Klindworth February 8, 1942 November 1, 2006 Fawn I. Klindworth, 84, of Niles, passed away on Wednesday November 1, 2006 at Lakeland Hospital in Niles, following a brief illness. Fawn was born on February 8, 1942 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Gaylord F. and Emma J. (Vance) McGill. On March 30, 1940 she married Russell J. Klindworth at a ceremony in Mishawaka, Indiana. He preceded her in death in 1982. Fawn was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed sewing, cooking and reading. She loved spending time outdoors whether it was gardening, feeding birds, deer hunting or at her little paradise up north fishing. Fawn's greatest passion was her family and was a devoted mother and grand-mother. Survivors include three daughters; Molly (Tom) Kurtis of Niles, Sherry J. Klindworth of Buchanan and Kathleen Klindworth of Virginia, a son Michael John Klindworth of Niles, seven granddaughters, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday November 3, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Niles. A time of visitation will be held two hours prior.
