Marvin Eugene Litton August 22, 1944 March 26, 2007 Marvin Eugene Litton, 62, of Beckwith Street in Dowagiac, passed away at his home on Monday, March 26, 2007. Marvin was born on August 22, 1944 to the late George and Athia (Thompson) Litton in Naylor, Missouri. On December 5, 1986 Marvin wed Sharon (Starrett) Clark at a ceremony in Dowagiac, Michigan. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Arthur Litton and Sisters Alma Litton and Thelma Putney. Marvin is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sharon, sons Stanley Jones of Stevensville, Alabama, Kevin Clark, Roy Clark and Jeff Clark all of Dowagiac, daughters Marlene Carson of Stevensville, Alabama and Karen (Eric) Delaney of Dowagiac, brothers Leonard Litton of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Cecil Litton of Wauchula, Florida, sisters Lula Ross of Dowagiac and Wilma (Marvin) Hays of Elkhart, brother-in-law Bill Putney of Campbell, Missouri, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at the Mission Hills Memorial Chapel from 6-8pm. Marvin's funeral will be on Friday, March 30, 2007 at the Mission Hills Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am. Pastor Larry McKay will be officiating. Marvin will be interred at the Mission Hills Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Mission Hills Memorial Chapel of Niles.
