Paulette was born on February 28, 1947 to James and Martha (Sissom) Kerby in Abilene Texas where she was one of 3 children. After high school she met and wed the love of her life Harold "Lee" Briney at a ceremony in Abilene on September 8, 1967. Paulette was active all of her life. She was well known for her cooking, she did catering for a company in New Carlisle where they all enjoyed her baked goods and pies. One of her joys that lasted even until her last days was her love of animals, everything from cats to dogs to Birds and Fish. Paulette is survived by her loving husband of nearly 40 years, Lee, daughters Stephanie (Dale) Womack of Mishawaka and Tiffany (Roger) Bower of Niles and 3 precious grandchildren.
