Obituary of Lillian Yaw

Lillian "Sue" Yaw October 17, 1944 October 19, 2007 Lillian "Sue" Sue Yaw, 62 of 7th Street in Niles, passed away at her home with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 after a long battle with Huntington's Disease. Sue was born on October 17, 1944 to the late Dennis and Lucinda Middaugh in Paw Paw, Michigan. She was the youngest of 2 children. On December 5, 1964 Sue wed the love of her life, Virgil Yaw Jr. at a ceremony in Niles, Michigan. She spent her entire life taking care of her husband and her family and enjoyed every moment of it. She worked at Simplicity as a machine puller and folder for 26+ years. Sue also proudly sold Avon for over 25 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Tresa Yaw. Sue is survived by her husband, Virgil, of 42 years, Son Mark Yaw of Berrien Springs, MI, Daughter Marna (Paul) Smallmon of Niles, 3 grandchildren and Sister Marilyn (Frank) Johnson of Bristol, Michigan. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 11am at Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Niles where her service will be held at noon. Sue will be interred at the Riverview Cemetery in South Bend, Indiana. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Niles.
