Obituary of Randy Lee Bearden

Randy Lee Bearden, 52, of Niles, passed away unexpectedly at Lakeland Hospital in Niles on August 17, 2013. Randy was born on December 7, 1960 to the late Robert and Doris Bearden in St. Joseph. He received his GED and went to work. Randy worked construction and factory jobs but every summer he looked forward to going to work at the blueberry farm. On January 27, 1995 Randy wed Debra Wake at a ceremony in Muskegon, Michigan. He loved Boxer's, especially his beloved dog Nico and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Randy is preceded in death by his parents and wife Debra. He is survived by his children Nathan (Jade) of Baroda and Alyssa of St. Joseph, Michigan, Corey (Sara) of St. Joseph, Brandi of Muskegon, and Jenna of Dallas, Texas, step-mother Norma Bearden of Niles, siblings Robert "Rock" Bearden of Coloma, Michigan, Diana (William "Scott") Walter of Watervliet, Michigan, Robert (Kim) McFadden of Niles and Tim (Heather) Gosnick of Dexter, Michigan, several grandchildren on his wife's side, nieces & nephews Kenny, Kasey, Kayla, Devon, Andrew, Jessica, Erica and Dana-bo-dana and his dog Alekai. In keeping with his wishes Randy has been cremated and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Brown Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 p.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
