Obituary of Ollie Pickens

Ollie Maude Lucille Pickens, 87, of Wilson Dr., Dowagiac, passed away October 14, 2007 at Riveridge Manor in Niles, MI.
Ollie was born to the late John and Myrtle (Brombly) Smith on September 15, 1920 in Macy, Indiana.
After finishing high school, Ollie married Orville R. Pickens at a ceremony in Peru, Indiana on November 22, 1938.
Preceding Ollie in death were her parents and her husband Orville.
She is survived by her two daughters, Connie (Carl) Yeager of Dowagiac, Isabel Dooley of Elkhart, a son Kenneth Pickens of Niles, nine grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, a hosts of great-great grandchildren, and a brother Dale Smith of Far West, Utah.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at Bruce Lake Cemetery in Kewanna, Indiana.
