John if I was able to speak up at Barbs memorial service, I would of spoke to her and said;
Dear Barbara, I took some time and did some real deep thinking of you. The place I went was outside among God's creations and selected a Tree, because looking at it, my mind pictured how deep rooted it grows, the same as our friendship. I look at the trunk of the tree and I see strength and growing tall with pride. When I look at the tree limbs, I see how they reach out to protect and help all that is within reach. When I see the leaves, I see the final touch of beauty. When I sit in the shade, I feel the comfort and protection, all given unconditionally.
Comparing you to a tree may sound silly to some, but in my eyes, I see loyalty, strength, pride, helpfulness, beauty, comfort and protection. This all given unconditionally by one of God's creations. You will always be in my heart.....and my condolances to John and the family
