Obituary of Lois Hosbein

Lois Louise (Emery) Hosbein, 88, of Coloma, passed away at Hanson Hospice Center on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Lois was born on April 10, 1929, to the late Howard and Gladys (Babcock) Emery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. On December 23, 2002, Lois wed Frederick Hosbein at a ceremony in St. Joseph. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick in 2017; three brothers; and two sisters. Lois is survived by her children, Pat (Terry) Lamirand of Watervliet, Michigan, Carol Schlipp of Coloma, Michigan, and Ron (Helen) Hosbein of Watervliet, Michigan; step-son, D.J. (Renee) Hosbein of Benton Harbor, Michigan; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, June Huff of Watervliet, Michigan, Marilyn Cates of Watervliet, Michigan, and Judy Moore of Plant City, Florida. In keeping with Lois' wishes, she has been cremated and her family will be holding a private graveside service.
